My name is Maysa Fini
A life shaped by travel
I was born and raised in Iran, moved to Ottawa, Canada in 1999, and became a proud Canadian citizen. After six Canadian winters, I settled in the sunny desert of Arizona.
I earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Canada and a Master's in Elementary Education in the US. I taught middle school before becoming an entrepreneur and opening my own childcare center.

At one point in my life, I was a mother of two girls and chasing the American dream. I had everything I needed, yet no time for myself or my family. So I decided to return home to Iran with my girls after a long time away from my roots.
That very long flight changed my life. By going back to my roots, I began to look at life differently. My family and I enjoyed real time together and the Middle East's laid-back lifestyle.
When I came back to the USA, I chose not to chase the dream again, but to enjoy life and travel more. These days I not only run my business but travel too — solo, with family, with friends, anywhere I can find joy and excitement.
